Through “Impulso SPA,” he has revitalized small spas, positioning GoWell as an innovator in wellness and consulting.

Dra. Lisseth Gómez Ricárdez

Medical Advisor

Originally from Oaxaca and specialized in Integrated Medicine from the Autonomous University of Puebla (BUAP). Her outstanding career includes a Master's Degree in Administration in Health Institutions and an in-depth study of diabetes and the ketogenic diet. Currently, she leads the National College of Integrated Medicine and shares her vast knowledge as a teacher at prestigious Mexican universities, specializing in neurosciences and integral well-being.

Esmeralda Brinn

Nutrition Advisor

Esmeralda Brinn, originally from San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, has combined her 15 years of experience as a chef and therapist to explore the intersection between conscious nutrition, emotional health and physical well-being. She delves into how our diet and perceptions directly influence our mental and physical health. She facilitates workshops and conferences on the impact of transgenerational trauma on our health and has studied extensively with experts such as Dr. Gabor Mate, focusing on neurodivergences and addictions.

Marlid Valladolid

Business Development

Marlid Valladolid, Business Development Manager at GoWell, has been a key figure in the development and success of initiatives such as Impulso Spa and the Cartesiano Urban Wellness Center. A graduate in Tourism Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Guerrero, her meticulous focus on details and standards has elevated quality and processes at GoWell, ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all company verticals.
